Pain, please help

I am having some severe lower back pain And  hip pain . I am 9 weeks along and I have gained about 5 pounds. I only weigh about 115 and I have a bump. how do I control this Pain.?

I think it's growing and stretching pains. I am 20+5 and that sounds like how I have been feeling. I am really small too, only about 105, and I think it's just our bodies preparing
