So today I woke up at 6am Becuase I had to go pee, well as soon as I went, I went back to bed and my baby girl kept on moving so much she was just so active but I also notice a Lil pain on my left side bottom of my tummy and on my right side and the pains are on and off so Ignored it and went back to bed, well I woke up a few hours later with the same pain and I've been having it all day and when I walk my hips and like legs kind of hurt like they are sore or when I sit and get up, well the pain is not that bad but enough to where I feel uncomfortable so what does that mean? I'm only 29weeks and 3days lastnight I was fine.. I doubt they are contractions so idk what else could it be has anyone experience those pains? If so what did u do about them can u take anything for the pain? .
Your little bugger could be pressing on your sciatic nerve. I'm 32 weeks with a little girl on the way and she's been doing that for the past month. There's not much you can do unfortunately if this is the case. Try a heating pad, hot shower/bath and/or laying down with your butt up against the wall and your legs at a 90° angle. Sounds weird but it should relieve some pressure. Good luck :-)
