Pain in right pelvic area?

Hi Everyone, I have a pain in my lower right hand side of my pelvic area, i am around 6 weeks pregnant. Is this just growing pains? or the ligaments/ muscles? As it is only happening when i am walking.

I know it may sound stupid, but i thought i would just ask instead of stressing.

Thanks everyone

Thanks for the reasurance.

It isnt server (it has actually gone now) and there was no bleeding ect. so i would say it was just the muscles stretching.

Thanks you for your replies

Is it a severe form of pain, or similar to cramping? In early pregnancy (or for weeks into later pregnancy) cramping and stretching is experienced by many women as your uterus and muscles grow to accommodate the continuing pregnancy. If it becomes severe or is accompanied by red bleeding it can be a sign of miscarriage, but otherwise mild pain is seen as relatively common and normal.
