Pain on right side and down my leg

Hi everyone I am 6 weeks pregnant! My due date as of now is 8/28/08. This will be our second child. And tonight I noticed a horrible pain in my right Lower abdomen and the pain shootes down my leg untill about my knee.. my leg aches. And I havent expierenced ANY preg. symptomes except being tired... no feeling sick..no strong smells.... dose anyone know what is  happening??

Thanks everyone.. I called my doctors exchange and my doctor told me that it could be a cyst or just growing pains. I have an apt tomarrow and he told me we will schedule a US.

My first thought was sciatic nerve pain as well...but the abdominal pain doesn't make add up

Four things come to mind: ectopic (unless you've seen u/s already!) or you could be lifting your other child and straining yourself, your appendix, or sciatic nerve pain (which would actually be in the back, but what the heck! I threw it in here anyway...)

im not sure, but if your in doubt, call your doc or go to the er. you can never be to carefull. sorry couldnt help more. congrats on your preg       : )
