Pale :(

I have noticed throughout my pregnancy that I have been looking very pale, usually my cheeks and nose are red-ish... but ever since I found out I've been looking washed out! I know I'm not anemic, but I'm not sure if it has to do with abruptly stopping tanning (I found out in august) or if its just normal. Do some people get a "glow" and others get pale? I'm bringing this up to my midwife at my next appointment, but that won't be until January, so I would like some opinions please!

I am anemic but my doc just said that everyone is different and our bodies react differently. Usually ppl that have a glow have little to no symptoms
