Pepsi.

I had 1 earlier today. I sort of want another. Would that be okay, or too much caffeine in 1 day? The carbonation also sort of jump starts (bh) contractions. :( Or @ least, that's what it feels like.

Does that happen for anyone else?

@christine917 Addicted, huh? I could see how that's possible. Idk if they're actual contractions or just because the carbonation is intense lol. It does something to my stomach. @LoveBug_19 You're right. I was craving 1 when I posted this, but I'm going to try my best to stay away from it. I'm drinking water now.

I usually drink a Pepsi twice a day to help me burp (sorry of that's tmi) but it does not bother me other than that..one a day is not so bad u can have at least 300mg of caffeine preferably 250 mg is what my doctor says..but if it makes u have BH contractions I would lay off for a while or talk to your doctor

I drink Pepsi everyday I'm addicted to it. I drink like 48oz a day & I'm healthy so is my baby. The BH contractions tho I've never felt just gassy(burping) & tingling feeling in my stomach from all the carbonation.
