39 weeks and 1 day pregnant, cramping on and off and feeling like my period is coming. What could this be? Back pain also
You have every symptom of labor! Lucky you. Time the cramps and if they get stronger and 5-8 minutes apart call your doctor and go to l&d :)
Try to see if u can time it if u can and they're 5 min apart for an hr then go in ur more them likely in labor
