Period a week early after stopping birth control?

I stopped my birth control the 17th of Feb, and my period before that was the 8th of Feb, I'm not due to start my period again until the 6th of March, but today I've had some pink/brown bleeding that I'm sure is the start of my period. My question is, should I count my cycle as 28 days, or wait til next month and recount incase my period is off due to coming off the birth control? My cycles have always been 28-30 days and never as short as 20, so I'm not sure when I'll ovulate! Thanks in advance!

We are ttc, I just don't know when I'll ovulate because I've never had irregular cycles, even before BC, so I'll just have sex every other day all month and hope something happens haha! Thanks!

When I stopped taking my birth control, I got one period right after that lasted 7 days (on the pill it was 4 days). I didn't get another period for 2 months. Then I got one that lasted for seven. 33 days after the start of that period I got another period that lasted 7 days. About 66 days after the start of that period I found out I was pregnant. (I skipped a period that I was supposed to get)

That's just my story. Stopping birth control can mess with your cycles. If you're not trying to conceive, I suggest condoms. If you are trying to conceive, I suggest having sex at least every other day. :)
