Period symptoms, but no bleeding?

Hi Everyone. I have been having period like symptoms for the past 3 days. I had my last period on November 7th. I have been off birth control for a couple months now, but my boyfriend and I are usually pretty careful. We start off having sex sometimes without a condom on, and then he puts one on after a little while. Not smart, I know. I am 21 and my periods are usually pretty regular. Every 28-30 days. Before I was taking BC however, my periods were always irregular, so I am not sure if I am jusst going back to that or not? Since I have been off the pill they have been normal the past couple of months. I thought that now I was finally on a good schedule. When I get my period, I usually have cramps and such and I KNOW when I am getting my period. Well I had that feeling 3 days ago, and still nothing has come. I have never felt like I was getting my period and it never came. Even though my boyfriend did not come inside of me, other than possibly pre-come, do you think it is possible I could be pregnant? I am a few days late on my period and if I dont get it within a week or so I will take a test. Does anyone think I should get one sooner than that? Please Help!!

Thanks for both of your replies! I have been late with my period before, just not like this. I normally only get cramps, headache and sore breasts either the day I am getting my period or the day before... so I am not sure why this is not coming!! If I do not get my period by this weekend I will take a test and let you know what I find out.
Purplexbutterfly, how long have you been on the pill for? I know my doctor always told me to make sure to wait at least a week before the pill typically starts to take affect. Are you feeling like you may be pregnant, or just being a little paranoid? I know when I was on the pill and my boyfriend would come inside of me, I was always paranoid... I know we should have been using a condom as well, but we didn't. Thanks again for the help!!

Yes, you can definitely get pregnant from pre-come -- it's semen with live sperm. Since your period is already late, you should definitely take a test now.

I know the sometimes before I get my period I can get cramps up to 3 days before but nothing happens, then it starts. But then again I'm starting to suffer with irregular periods too! They have been very odd this past 3 months. However I have been pregnant before and I had all the usual menstrual signs, sore enlarged boobs, backache, a bit of cramping. Then it disappeared. No period and found out I was pregnant. If you are late and unsure, I would suggest taking a pregnancy test as it should show up by now, perhaps first response as they are very good. I'm kinda in your boat, however I am on BC and have had sex with my bf coming inside of me and now I'm worried as I've not been on BC for very long.
