Pins and needle feeling in both hands?

I was cleaning up my bathroom tonight and doing dishes which is probably the most activity i've gotten all week due to preg complications and after a while both my left and right hands have pins and needles feeling. i'm thinking/hoping its a pinched nerve from laying around so much.. if i put my hands above my head the feeling gets worse. now i'm relaxing but the feeling is still there anything i can do to help it go away?

They do actually make wrist braces for it which can help or you can make one like cleaver Ashleen did. Well maybe after L&D we will both have matching good experiences to discuss but until then I'll be your pain buddy and numbness and tingling buddy and buddy who poops too much too lol

I had carpal tunnel near the end with my son...for me it got really bad one night to the point where it was burning and aching really bad...(apparently injuring my spine when I was 15wks also exacerbated the nerve reaction and made it hurt worse) so I ghetto-rigged my own carpal tunnel wrist support brace (I basically tied my hand so that it was bent upward to relieve the pressure just like a brace would do (if you don't know what I'm talking about, picture the way your hand is bent when you do push-ups..and that's how the carpal tunnel braces hold your hand)) and it took the pain away by morning...so it's worth a try.

Seriously I just called my pain management dr about this. How strange we have the same poop problems both on the pain pills and now this too lol. At least I have a buddy to fall apart with ;). Dr said it's unlikely it's a pinched nerve she thinks it's carpal tunnel which is common in pregnancy or just a reaction to my spinal pain. But she had no suggestions other than to make sure I manage my pain, heat, pain pills, rest and if it hurts don't do it. Sorry I can't be of more help but man how strange we are falling apart the same way haha
