Plan B or Implantation Bleeding?

Hi.  I took the first Plan B pill on May 24th at 3PM.  This was after having unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 23rd at about 2-3PM.  He didn't ejaculate in me, but after he had he entered me again for about 10 seconds.  I took the second pill about 5:30 am on the 25th.  6 days after the unprotected sex I experienced some bleeding, but it was more like pink discharge with some cramping, and it got to be more of an orange/reddish color as the day proceeded.  At one point I looked in the toliet and there was a red clot with some white stuff hanging off of it (reminded me of what an egg yoke looks like but smaller and red).  By the next day it was very very light and eventually disappeared.  I have had some back pain since, and should be starting my period within the next week or so.  I'm quite irregular though and was on the pill for 3 months starting in February and did not continue them towards the end of May because I missed a few towards the end of my third pack and life has just been very stressful.  Can someone tell me what this strange bleeding could have been?

I've taken three tests since the 23... two regular and one digital. All were negative, and I took them a little over 2 weeks after the intercourse.  I still have not started my period though but have had a lot of clear discharge and also cramping.  I was suppoesed to start on the 10th.  All my breasts aren't hurting but they just seem a little different.  Is this a possible pill side effect?

It is most likely an effect of the pill.  In any case, you should take a home pregnancy test about 14 days after unprotected intercourse to rule out pregnancy - Plan B has a small failure rate.
