Please help, I'm at a loss

Hi ladies,

thanks very much to those who replied to my previous post about the faint positive line, I did go to my doctor and she confirmed my pregnancy with a quantitive blood test. I have two other questions and would be eternally grateful for any opinions on either. The HCG levels from my first blood test showed a 198, I did that test at about 10 am on Sunday, for the past few days, I have been having some breathing difficulties, it kind of feels like when i try to breathe deeply, my breath gets cut short and I'm not getting enough oxygen, I eventually started to panic which resulted in a trip to the ER who gave me a clean bill of health and confirmed that I was suffering from a form of panic attack, which they can apprently do nothing about, this shortness of breath is 24/7, is there anything I can do naturally to deal with this? I also asked them to check my HCG levels last night since they were drawing blood anyway, and doc said it had gone up to 240, is that a normal increase for 35 hours? I have suffered miscarriages before so am quite cautious this time, any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks alot,

Melissa

well without medication its basiclly breath through the panic attacks and quote this mantra.... "NO ONE has ever died from a panic attack!"
there are safe meds to take while pregnant to help with the panic, one is called hydroxyzine, its a mild sedative and also an antihistamine. its helped me TONS but i suffer from panic and anxiety every day for 13 years now=)
