So i went to the doctor today and i dont not have pre-eclampsia which is a really good thing but it makes it difficult because we dont knwo what is wrong with me.. I had to take some stool samples for possible beaver fever, or food poisining which could cause my contractions as well as headaches and diarrhea.. So hopefully monday i will get some answers if not i dont know what to do.. 5 more weeks of this going on is a lot to handle.. I am getting impatient which i hate bc i wanted to enjoy my pregnancy not be sick all the time.

Thank you all for you replies.. I am going to ask my doctor Tommorow and hopefully it isnt Pre-eclampsia.. i know that my blood pressure is normally low but i have not seen the doctor in 2 weeks which is when this started to happen so i wouldnt know where it sits right now.. But they deffinitley feel like my head is going to pop off otherwise i think that i drink a lot of fluids a lot more then normal and my sugar has been good throughout and i know i rest a lot... so that is why i was so stumped just having them start and everyday seemed weird.. Thank you all again and i will update tommorow after my appt..

I have full blown pre-eclampsia. Ive been admitted into the hospital four times in the past 3.5 weeks because of it. Im pretty much an expert on this now.

My headaches feel like the top of my head is gonna blow off. If you have a pharmacy close by or know womeone with a BP machine, USE IT!!! If your BP is high and stays high for over an hr at a time, go to Dr or L&D right away. They will check for protien in your urine. Mine was reading +1 - +2 on the dipsticks.

It could be just high BP but all rolled in together isnt a good thing. If I were you, I wouldnt play around. Id have it checked.

Good luck & keep us posted.

Unfortunately Miagraines or really bad headaches are a symptom all of there own sometimes! Doesnt really mean you have an underlying problem.... I suffer from them ALL them time at least 3-4 times a week!

It could be many things - Blood pressure, dehydration, low blood sugar especially in the morning or just the normal hormonal part of pregnancy - hope you find an answer

It could be your blood pressure. Has it been normal at your appointments so far? I still have high bp and I get killer headaches when it is up. I just had my baby 4 weeks ago and I had pre-eclampsia. In order for you to be diagnosed with that, you have to have a combination of protein in your urine and high blood pressure. Be glad that you dont! But your headaches could very well be just one of the pregnancy symptoms like alaysha said. Why don't you call your doctor and ask? Good Luck!

I used to get the worst headaches during pregnancy. Its just one of the lovely symptoms and doesn't always lead to pre-eclampsia.
