Please need your help and answers

I am 13 weeks pregnent, have been vomitting for the whole period and have severe cramps, I have nausea all the time, I can't smell anything, everything makes me sick, how long will this stay with me? will this stay the whole 9 months or should it stop after a while?
Thanks

I was sooo sick with my son. I was sick until 22 weeks and finally had some relief. Everyone is different and hopefully you will have some relief soon!  I wasn't able to drink straight water...instead I mixed my favorite drink with water and was able to get fluids down that way. I am pregnant again and sick this time around. Smells are awful, water is gross, and most foods turns me off! =(  For now I am just eating and drinking whatever I can for my baby. I only have what I want to eat or drink at the time...nothing is planned with me...lol. If you feel like you are getting dehydrated contact your doc as you may need to get fluids by an IV. Try to get down whatever you can during this time. I feel your pain, but it's so worth it in the end! Hang in there!! =)
