Possible Downs Baby question

I just got the results from my 20 week ultrasound and they think that the renal pelvis is dilated and that there is a possible echogenic focus in the right ventricle?  Has anyone had these results and how many of them ended up having Downs babies??  I am only 28 and my husband and I opted out of doing the quad test.  I am scheduled for a level 2 Ultrasound but I am just really anxious about this.  Given my age I never thought that this could even be a possibilty!
