Some class of antidepressant can be taken during pregnancy.  You should first find out whether you are pregnant or not, and then talk to you doctor about the class your antidepressant is.  A, B or C Class.  If necessary, your doctor can switch you to a class drug that you are more comfortable with or, you can try other alternative measures for controlling your depression (eg dietary restrictions, etc).  Either way, in the time it takes you to find out you are pregnant, you will not harm the child by taking your antidepressants.  If it stresses you out too much, talk to your doctor about stopping until you find out if you are prenant.  Sometimes the stress of indecision/worry is worse on the child than anything else.  Good luck!

P.S. I took Prozac through both of my pregnancies, and my boys are healthy and strong.  Do your own research and make sure you go into the pregnancy with as much knowledge as possible.

If you suspect you may be pregnant you need to take a test. First morning urine is best. And yyour doc might change the tablet or wean you off them by  certain time in your pregnancy
