Possibly pregnant, possibly not?

I'm 20 years old and for the most part I'm healthy.  I was fine up till about a week ago though.  Recently I've been feeling sick and I haven't been wanting to eat at all.  When I do eat I'm okay.  I'm not nauseous or anything, but later in the night I start feeling sick and sometimes in the morning I get really bad stomach aches.  I've only actually gotten sick once from this feeling but everyone keeps saying these sound like symptoms of pregnancy.  I want to know if these do sound like pregnancy symptoms.  I've been on the same birth control since I was 14 now and I havent had any irregular periods or even missed a period.  Everyone keeps stressing me out that I'm pregnant.  I even looked up symptoms but none of the symptoms I have match any of the ones discussed on websites.

They are some symptoms of pregnancy but there could be other reasons for your sickness.  Have you been under any stress recently?  That can cause a decrease in appetite as well as nausea.  Do you miss pills?  If so then maybe it is possible that it could be due to pregnancy but for now I would try not to worry about it.  Call your doctor if the sickness does not get better because like I said there could be some other reason for it.  If you are late for your next period then I would take a test.  Good luck.

I don't think those sound much like pregnancy symptoms.  It's kind of strange your pals would all tell you they do, especially since a lot of pregnant women don't have typical pregnancy symptoms.  Given that you're on the pill and it's working for you, it's kind of unlikely for it to suddenly stop.  If you are worried, test.  It's the only way to know for sure.
