Post c section

It has been one week today since my c section and I got pretty use to  the burning feeling by the incision and I was feeling pretty good and moving around a lot better, well yesterday, I got this sharp pain in my right side feels like a side ache after a jog and I didn't know what caused it and my pain meds don't touch it unless I take 2 which I don't like to do, I was fine this morning until around 6am after I went pee the sharp pain came back and will not leave and it makes it even harder for me to get out of bed or of  the couch when the baby needs me. Has any one else ever experienced this type of pain after a section or should I call the dr? I do have my check up tomorrow after noon so just tring to figure out to wait or call today.

I was not exercising I just used that as a comparison. It turned out I had a really bad uti and my incision was starting to get infected, the push the antibiotics and I feel much better.

It's not unheard of. Were you cleared to exercise this early? If not, you could damage your body a whole lot more than help it. I was told to take it very easy for the first two weeks after the birth of my daughter, and she was vaginal.

well I have never had a c section but I have had abdominal surgery with my incisions on my lower abdomen and I found that when I over did it I would get sharp stabbing pains it got so bad that I called my dr and they told me to take it easy and see if the pain subsided it was caused by the forming of scar tissue but if it is that bad for u I would just call the dr today to sk them it can't hurt. hope u feel better soon and congrats on ur lil man. I had my lil girl 12 days ago so I know resting is not something that is coming to easy good luck
