Post pregnancy belts

Have any of you already mums tried the post pregnancy belts, ive done some research and they seem promising, im thinking about buying myself one. Do they work?

Mine helped me move around and limited pain from c section.

Yes and helpe my hips go back to Pre pregnancy in 8 weeks post partum

I wrapped myself in ACE bandages after my babies were born

When I had my twins the hospital gave me one. It was like a giant ace bandage and it was amazing.
