I used to have acne but it settled as I got older.  However as soon as I got pregnant, the acne came back and it came back WORSE than it had ever been!!  I even get it on my chest too!  I'vve been washing with Cetaphil and I cover it up with mineral make up.  My skin is still red and I haven't been getting as many big pimples since I'm nearing my 12th week.

I never ever had an acne problem...when I got Pregnant, my entire chest and forehead broke out like I've never seen before. What worked for me...just wash your face every morning and night...Mary Kay has this Acne Treatment that works wonders...you just put it over your pimples after you wash your face...it's awesome. Or put some toothpaste on them before you go to bed. Those 2 things helped me out some.

i cover them up and use cleanser, toner, pimple cream and moisturiser  designed all for acne....oil free foundation. i get them all around my mouth and chin..ew..my skin has gotten super oily...allthough im in australia and its very hot here..you can even wear a tshirt in winter. its summer and about 40 degrees Celcius. I wish it was winter! I have never seen snow.

lol...  I am having the same problem.  I wash my face more than usual now.  Is your skin really oily or dry?  I know breakouts can occur from dry skin especially in winter.  I just scrub scrub scrub then cover em up if I have to!
