Pregnancy chances with PCOS 1 month after HSG?

I am on Metformin to attempt helping to regulate my cycle.  I was diagnosed with PCOS in January.  I recently had an HSG to see how my tubes are =which was normal,  My Pelvic US was normal, but did show a thin uterine lining.  Do any of you know any tricks to get pregnant without me having to go on clomid? Any foods that can thicken uterine lining to help me carry a child? I am trying to avoid that for the time being because I do not want that to thin my uterine lining more and be started on estrogen therapy.  Thanks for quick feedback:)

I have PCOS too. I got pregnant with clomid, pre-seed lubricant, hcg trigger shot and IUI. It took 34 months of ttc before getting pregnant.

Good luck!!  Sorry I don't know any tricks. I suggest the Pre-seed lubrication and using OPK

I also have pcso and was put on metformin and clomid to get preg.. but after my preg I stayed on the metformin bc it made my periods regular... I ended up get preg just by taking the metformin...If u dont want to take the clomid I would stay on the metformin and test next month for ouvlation... I have oulated without the clomid...
