Pregnancy headaches

I was told its perfectly normal to be having headaches when I found out I was pregnant but I havent had a headache in weeks untill earlier today, this headache was different because when I stood up I would get a rush to my head and my headache would throb. Ive looked all over the internet and was wondering if anyone has experienced this.while being pregnant. Could it be high blood pressure? Or it being too low? (ive never had high blood pressure issues in my life)

Ive had headaches non stop since around 12 weeks. They are pretty painful at times and others just a dull annoyance. I'm 20w4d now and still get them. My dr doesn't know what is causing them but has said to take Tylenol to help knock them down a bit. I'm also looking into some other remedies such as amber necklaces as they are safe to use during pregnancy and have been said to help with all kinds of things. I just got mine this afternoon so I am hoping I will start feeling better soon :)
