Pregnancy or smoking

Well I smoke cigarettes and lately my back has been hurting I missed my period and I get sick like throwing up. I don't know if I could be pregnant or if it is caused from me smoking since its winter now? Advice please

If ur back is hurting u may have a lung problem u may need to have it checked...if it hurts in ur ribs when u cough u may need to have a xray cause it may be pneumonia
