Pregnancy question

my period is always on time, this time it was 5 days late. negative preg test but many symptoms of being pregnant.I am so confused. any ideas???

hi there if u missed your period there is a probability of u being pregnant but symptoms do not confirm your pregnancy only a test can do that.. symptoms can sometimes be misguiding.. u said your periods were 5 days late.. wait for a few more days at least 3 more and then go for an hpt with the first morning urine sample.. and if still in a confusion go for a blood test.. that will definitely assure u.. good luck.

Symptoms are not a good indicator as they can be caused by stress, desire to be pregnant, illness, PMS and much more. Take a pregnancy test with first morning urine. One week past when AF should arrive a pregnancy test should be 99.9% accurate. If still negative it is very unlikely that you are pregnant but you can always ask your gyno to double check with blood work.

Hi-)Test again 3 days from now. Use your first morning urine to test. If that one comes back negative and you still don't have your period, then make an appt for a beta blood test. Good luck!!
