Pregnant after a loss

I am 16 1/2 weeks pregnant with twins and suffering severe anxiety. I think part is from all the hormones but I believe another part is fear of another loss. I lost one at 20 weeks and one at 24 due to incompetent cervix. I had a cervical cerclage with this pregnancy and they say it is 80-90% effective in most cases. I am struggling with anxiety daily though.

Has anyone else had a cerclage? Anyone else having severe anxiety?
