Pregnant with a cold.

I think I am starting to get a cold. I woke up just fine this morning, but after a few hours my nose started to run and my throat is sore. Is there anything I can take to help with it. I lost my paper that says what is advised for colds. I know I can't take nasal spray and most cold medicines. I am having trouble finding information online. Any help would be greatly appreciated. When I get sick, I usually stay sick, and I don't want to have to miss a lot of school because of it. Thank you ladies :)

I'm taking liquid Tylenol. Its for sore throat, stuffy nose, headache and body aches. Its night time cool ice. I asked the pharmacist if it was ok and he said yes. Its been helping me alot so far. :)

I'll be sure to call the doctor before I buy anything. I know Nyquil is a no-no.
