Pregnant?

I had to have a D&C exactly 6 weeks from today from loss of pregnancy.  Sadly I was about 10.5 weeks along, I have had two check ups since then and at my last one  they said my uterus and everything seemed normal again. I haven't had a period since the D&C but was told I should get it within the next two weeks. I have notice this morning that my breast are pretty tender but I can't tell if its because I'm fixing to start my period or that I am pregnant again.  I took an equate pregnancy test yesterday and it came up faintly positive but definitely positive within the time limit.  I called my doctors office and they said when I was in last week my test there was negative.  My dr is out of town for 2 weeks so I am anxious to know if I am pregnant or if it is leftover horomone from the last pregnancy.  My question is....Is it possible that I tested neg at the dr office because their test aren't as sensitive as the ones we use at home or is it possible that I am pregnant again?

I need to also say the equate test I took were blue dye test, I took one FRER and it was there but extremely extremely faint.  Fainter than the equate by a long shot.

Thanks Alaysha! I probably should do that, I just don't want to get my hopes up.

Doctors office tests can be less accurate. I'd request a blood test to see if your levels are rising and doubling. But it sounds like a new pregnancy to me. I had a d&c and immediately feel pregnant so its completely possible!
