Pregnant?

Alright well I my last period was on October 22nd and I am about 10 or 11 days late. I am experiencing lower abdominal pain kind of like period cramps but still no period. I also have tender breasts, and I am having difficulty sleeping for some odd reason. Not to mention I have a frequent urge to pee non stop. I dont know if im pregnant no test was taken and i dont have any insurance. Any advise would be great/

Tylenol is probably the only thing. Do not take ibuprofen. Most docs won't see you for pregnancy until you're about 10 weeks along. When you call they'll just tell you to take a test at home or come in a week after your period is due for a test.

well thanx for all of your wonderful advise. I just hope things turn out for the best. I have been having headaches daily, If i am pregnant would it harm the baby for me to take something for it?

One more thing. Planned Parenthood charges you for pregnancy tests.

I am a volunteer at a pregnancy center called Birthright. It is an International pro-life pregnancy center that offers you support throughout your pregnancy and beyond. We have centers all over the world, not just USA. Call 1-800-550-4900 to find a Birthright near you to get a FREE pregnancy test (they perform the test in their office). Birthright also has maternity and baby clothes, counseling, and can give you referrals to find health insurance, WIC, etc. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!! Much baby dust!

I know that those were my first signs! I wasn't late yet but I was having cramps for about a week. And my boobs got really tender..but I figured I was just going to start my period. Well the day it was due...nothing...a few days later still nothing. So I tested and I got faint positives on both tests. Two days later I got two more digital tests and both said pregnant.. :) Sounds good for you! The first time i used First Response. The second set I just used the CVS brand digital reader. Good luck!

I've read on this forum that you can get pregnancy tests at the dollar store.  I would start there.

maybe you can go to planned parenthood they are a free clinic but some people have to pay but more than likely its free or you can try local board of health clinic to get free services or i dont know if your city has a pink card its for women who dont make a lot of money and they get bc and pap smear and things like that for free. and you sign up at plannedparenthood for that pink card. i dont have one but my friend has one and she said it didnt take that long to get it. it goes by proof of income. goodluck sweetie.

I dont have any idea whats going on with my body. Its acting all crazy, but from what some of the ladies on her are saying. Period like cramps are normal is you are about to start or if you are pregnant. So that doesnt really help much. I just feel like Im about to start it just hasnt happened yet. Im starting to get nervous because Im currently without insurance, and I dont know what to do if I am pregnant or if something else is wrong.
