Pregnant?

Hi everyone, here's my question with a little background first:

I've been with my boyfriend for over a year.  We finally moved in together and, just before the move, I was getting spotting and had other symptoms of PMS like breast tenderness and it was about the right time for my period to start.  Well, the night we moved the bed in, we had unprotected sex figuring we'd be fine since it seemed I was about to start my period anyway.  That was a little over a week ago.  I have since stopped spotting and now only have breast tenderness.  I'm really starting to worry but think maybe I'm just being paranoid.  Is it possible to be pregnant now?

Either way if you have 28 day cycles then you are late.  If it is a 28 day cycle and your first day was the 13th then you could have ovulated around the 26th of September.  And if it was on the 20th then you could have ovulated around the 4th of October.  These are just guesses and if you have a longer cycle then your ovulation days would have happend later... When was it that you guys had unprotected sex?  There are alot of good early pregnancy test out there.  The dollare tree has some good ones I've heard, just make sure it says early pregnancy test on the box.  Good Luck!

I am trying very hard to remember but I can't be certain.  It was either the 13th or the 20th.  What is the most accurate pregnancy test for detecting early pregnancy?

It was probably to late to in your cycle, but you said you were going to get AF then didn't.  Do you know when the first day of your last period was?  Do you think you are late?

I'm usually pretty much on time.  I am really bad at keeping track of it but I can always tell when I'm about to get it - I know the symptoms well.  I would think if I'm spotting and having PMS symptoms, that would mean I'm past the ovulating cycle, right?  I've read up on early pregnancy signs but it seems they can also be confused with signs of PMS.  I'm moody, kind of crampy, my lower back aches a little, my breasts are super tender and I am SO tired.  But those are also normal PMS signs for me. There really isn't much of a way to tell unless you take a pregnancy test, right?  It just seems to me I was too late in the cycle to get pregnant.

****Oh the clots are also brown and the blood has some brown discharge in it.  I don't know if this changes anything or not.

I'm 18-years-old and I *think* I may be pregnant.  This would be wonderful news.  I've been on pins and needles for the past two weeks and took a few hpts early.  They were negative...but I was thinking I took them all too early (the latest one was 4 days before my expected period).  For about two weeks I had been experiencing odd "twinges" in my lower abdomen.  They weren't really cramps.  As time went on they started feeling more like cramps.  I feared my period was coming.  I am VERY regular so it was quite a shock for me to wake up with severe cramps and see faint pink on the tissue paper a day before my period.  It went from faint pink to a brownish discharge and then a slightly heavier flow with many tiny clots.  (I am prone to clots during my period).  The bleeding lightened up by the evening and was back to very faint pink by the time I went to bed.  When I woke up today (the day I expected my period to arrive) I had very little cramping and some blood flow.  It was bright pink and very mucousy (I have never had this on my period).  I had on a liner the day before and all day today and there is not enough blood to fill the liner.  Normally as soon as I start my period I go through a super plus tampon in less than three hours.  This is very light bleeding in comparison.  Then through most of the day today I had next to no bleeding, only apparent when I wiped.  This evening I had brighter red flow again with many tiny clots that lasted for about 2 hours.  Still very very minimal cramping.  It runs in my family to experience period like bleeding throughout the first couple of months of pregnancy.  Could I possibly be pregnant?

Oh I almost forgot, I have some pretty nasty headaches since the bleeding started and kind of lightheaded, especially after I stand up.  I am also extremely tired.

Has anyone else gone through is and been pregnant or is anyone currently experiencing this?

Thank you ladies!

Is your period normaly on time?  Or does you cycle change?  I you missed your period then you should take a HPT and find out.

if you had sex a day or so before you period was to start than you are not pregnant.. as you ovalute in the middle of your cycle.. like 14-15 days after the first day of your period so if that was the time that you had unprotected was the time it was due for the period to start than you can rest assure you wouldnt be pregnant,,,,,
