I had my first prenatal massage at 17w5d and it was amazing. I see how they can be addicting. I did not get one with my first child. Does anyone else get them regularly and if so, how often?

Go to a spa in your area. Many spa's that do massage's offer a prenatal massage. It is amazing.

I got one once a month with my second pregnancy! It was wonderful! I wish I did it again with my third but my husbands hours are soooo bad that I can't even find and hour to myself a month :( my showers are usually at 10pm just so I can take my time and relax but I'm so exhausted that its usually a short one!

Lol those sound so nice but I hate people touching me lol.  When I had my son the hospital had a masseuse come around and give the new moms a massage each day.  After a lot of nagging I finally did it the second day and couldn't stand it.  I made her stop like a minute in.  I'm a weirdo! Lol!

I love prenatal massages ....well I love massages.lol I been getting them every 4 weeks after I . Once a month is fine but just double check with your obgyn first tho.
