Prenatal Screening Program

For all u ladies that live in California, has ur doctor talked to u about the the California Prenatal Screening Program? It's too get blood work done to test for any birth defects while your baby is in the womb. If so what's your feed back? I'm thinking about it but not too sure yet

Hi yes I live in Corona CA and I've had it done and so far both my 1st and 2nd trimester blood tests have came out negative. They say theres a lot of misreading results but I have been told its not really true it depends on the lab person who tests the blood and makes sure to not confuse someones blood from someone elses. Hope this helps!

Yes im.in fresno california and they asked me. I said yes and it came back negative and I was so happy. Its all up to you really.

I'm in Washington,  & the doctor left it up to me if I wanted to or not. I chose not to, because the face - positive rate is so high
