And, just to note, as much as I despise induction, it really is safer than letting pre-eclampsia get worse.

Ya I hope they induse me I just want to hold my babe girl and know she going to be fine she weight 7 pounds and thats a good pound baby I really hope they induse me I pray to god helps me and every turn out fine.....

Oh yes they would, unfortunately. Especially since they view induction as the far safer alternative to letting pre-eclampsia get worse. I'm sorry sweetie, but doctors regularly induce women just to fit them in their time tables, despite the massively increased risks of other interventions.

You're lucky you're full term, they could induce you, as there's ok cure for pre eclampsia, it only gets progressively worse. At least baby will be full term and healthy, my poor girl was a premmie! Some are unfortunate to get diagnosed with it at 25 weeks +. Good luck!

I was diagnosed with pre eclampsia at 39 weeks and was induced the same day

Omg I am 38 weeks and I have a lot of protein in my urine could they induse me?

Yes I had it with my daughter, was diagnosed at 31 weeks, only lasted 2 weeks and them I had her via emergency c section at 33 weeks. My blood pressure was extremely high and heaps of protein in my urine.
