I had ivf 4 months ago and now i'm pregnant. i used an unknown sperm donor so basically i do not know who the bio dad is.

also, i am not married. I plan to be both mother and father. in case you are wondering...my sexual preference has nothing to do with the route i took...or maybe it did. basically, it doesn't matter.

so here's the thing; i need assistance from the state financially. will not knowing the father keep me from receiving assistance? there's no way to collect child support.

will the fact that i had ivf keep me from receiving assistance?

No, they do not look into how you got pregnant. They will want to know your marital status and being unmarried will most likely help you get assistance.
