Two shots during the pregnancy. If baby is born with negative blood, then you will get no more shots.
If baby is born with positive blood, you will get a third shot post partum, usually within 48 hours.

The shots are all you will need to get. You will not need a c-section based on your blood type. If your baby is born with + blood, then you get another shot postpartum.
I am B- and my first baby is also negative blood (O-), so after he was born I didn't need to get the shot again. But after my second baby was born, who is O+ (I think), I had to get the shot again the day after he was born.

i am AB- and with both my kids i had to get the rhogam shot which helps the body to not make antibodies against the baby in case they are of a positive blood type.. but no c section is not something they do because of your blood type its dont when baby is having difficulties with the labor or when u have previously had one ( and even then sometimes u can do a Vbac- vaginal birth after c-section) but no not alone with just a negative blood type will u need a c-section. unless something more serious happens during your labour or your pregnancy you will have a normal pregnancy with a few extra shots :)

I think you should and dont quote me on this but you should be able to have the baby vaginally but they just have to make sure they have your blood type in stock incase anything and i pray and hope it doesnt goes wrong with delivery
