I started drinking it from 20 something weeks with both pregnancys. With my first i had a very quick easy labor and i believe it was because of the tea.
I only was 1 day early.
I am drinking it with this baby because it helped so much with the healing...
Anyway i drink two teas a day with two teabags and take two tablets a day..

No it shouldn't put you into labor. they rec that you start drinking it around that time. I have both the tea and the capsules...but I prefer the tea because it's so delicious. It's only supposed to strengthen your uterus to make for an easy labor and more effective contractions.

Hi,

raspberry leaf tea shouldn't put you into labour, it just helps the cervix ripen and soften ready for labour (supposedly) i was advised to take it from 32 weeks with my 2nd and 3rd babies and i took the tablet form...but it never worked for me...i have the most stubborn cervix in the world i think!
