Raw cakemix! Help!

I was making cakes earlier and totally forgot and got a teaspoon of a tiny bit of cake mix and ate it. I totally forgot about the raw egg! Should i go and see a doctor? I feel fine but will i have harmed the baby? I am 18 weeks and 3 days pregnant! Please help!

Very unlikely something will be wrong! Our immune systems are not as great cause of pregnancy, but such a small amount of raw egg should do nothing. May give you an upset stomach, but I wouldn't worry about it harming baby. Call your OB if you're too nervous, but women do it all the time. I've eaten sushi like 6 times throughout my pregnancy and baby is perfectly healthy and active.

If anything i would call ur gynos office and ask a nurse. It probably isnt worth the trip there. They will probably say to watch for certain symptoms but people eat raw eggs and are fine. It probably wont do anything from such a small amount.
