Hello everyone! My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about 7 months now. I went to the doctor about 2 months ago and they did an ultrasound and blood work and found out that I am not ovulating (low progesterone). My doctor then put me on clomid that I started on the 16th of this month. I started it on day 3 of my period and took it for 5 days. I go back on the 21st day of my cycle (April 3rd) to test my progesterone again. I am going to start using my ovulation tests tomorrow (day 10) and I am going to start checking my cervical mucus. Any advice on anything I can do or just some uplifting support lol!!!!!
make sure your on a good pre=natal, or at the least folic acid, cut down or stop alcohol, smoking and caffine and if you try clomis and it doesnt work for you you could try maca as that balances your hormones and will up your progesterone naturally :), but you cant ake the two together...
Thanks a bunch!! I wondered if i should be taking anything else. I have heard about asprin or robotussin but I don't know anything about them. Is their a certain over the counter prenatal you recommend.
Me and my boy friend tryed for I don't know how many months some times its good to not plan sex just be spontaneous and the more u relax and enjoy it your body will send out happy hormones I don't know all the words my doctor told me but it helps . I am currently 5 months pregnant :) just enjoy
