Really BAD back pain and bleeding?

6 weeks 3 days pregnant today. I thought I had my period but you all found out I was indeed pregnant. But, during the bleeding I never cramped or anything. So today I didn't do anything to hurt my back or anything of the sort, but it's HURTING SOO BAD. And on top of that I had a few cramps, then I started bleeding RED. Just like my period ( or period like bleeding was) Should I go to the emergency room? Call my doctor? Or rest? Or? What should I do?

I am freaking out! My backs never been so achy!

Oh Gosh! Yes I would def get that checked!!...If you are still bleeding I would go in to the ER.... I know you are to early in your pregnancy for them to do anything for the baby, but for your sake. Well I will def keep you in my prayers.... :)

I would definately give your Dr. a call. Unfortunately there is nothing the ER can do at this point, I would feel safer talking to my OB. ER docs aren't as educated on the pregnancy things, I would definately kick my feet up, and try to relax I would probly be at the office when they opened. Good luck dear.
