Really want to enjoy my pregnancy :(

This is bubba number 2 & our last bubba. I really wanted to enjoy this experience as it will be the last time being pregnant sadly :( however I had hypermesis up until a week ago (im 16 weeks) even with zofran am still nauseous. My thyroid has to be closely monitored the whole pregnancy & my last scan they were worried my placenta wasn't going to move from my cervix. Then (sorry tmi) but I'm so constipated it's painful & I don't want to eat, I've been getting migraines constantly & now sciatica has started. We have a 1 & a half year old so I'm exhausted by lunch time everyday. I'm so excited to meet our bubba but unfortunately at the moment I just want to be put to sleep & woken up when bubs is ready to arrive. Has anyone else's pregnancy started off awful & become really enjoyable? Just looking for a little bit of hope. Thanks ladies!

I'm so sorry to hear that! I keep all my fingers & toes crosses for you & your family! You want the children so badly its so cruel that the pregnancies have to be so tough & trying. It really is all that keeps you going isn't it? Thank you, I will just try to concentrate on holding our baby at the end of all this :)

I hear ya momma! This pregnancy business is really tough. This is sadly our 2nd and last too after two pregnancies with preeclamplsia. This time it started really early and I've been in and out hospital 3 times, ripped pelvic muscles, surgery at 21wks, and yesterday we were told due to growth restruction at 26wks our baby would not survive if my body gives up now. We've desparately got to keep pushing to get a bit further along yet. And I also have a 15mth old to look after. Its not fair as this pregnancy was supposed to be the wonderful experience everyone talks about after having such a rough time with our first, but this time has been even worse for us so far. On the upside I just keep focusing on how amazing it was to hold my son for the first time and to hear his first cries. I would have do anything for him and will for this one. Stand proud momma, the universe has thrown a lot at us and we're still going!
