Really worried about sore breasts 2 days after period ended... Please help!!

First off, I'm 21 and I just finished my period for November about two days ago. Normally, when I have PMS, my breasts become sore about two weeks prior to my period and the soreness subsides once my period starts. This time, however, my breasts are sore two days after my period ended.

I do have hyperthyroidism, and I just upped my dose about a week or so ago -- I went from taking one 10mg pill per day to two 10mg pills per day, because my thyroid levels are higher than they were in August. I did have a CT scan with contrast in August, so I'm assuming that's why my levels kind of spiked. I'm on Zicam for a cold at the moment (I started on Tuesday), and I just started taking Culturelle: Digestive Health yesterday to see if that helps with my bloating and constipation associated with IBS.

I'm really nervous because all of the things I read online seem to say pregnancy is one of the big reasons for sore breasts after a period. I took a pregnancy test in August prior to undergoing some medical tests, and that was negative. The last time I did anything sexual at all (other than just kissing) was in September, but all of my clothes were on. So I know that even if my boyfriend ejaculated, I wouldn't have gotten pregnant from that encounter. He had boxers and jeans on (that I'm 99.9% sure were totally zipped up) and I had either jeans or sweatpants (I'm almost positive it was jeans, but it was 2 months ago so I can't totally remember), panties, a panty liner, and I had a tampon in -- I was on the second day of my period at the time. I had both periods in October and November, so I know I'm not pregnant. I don't want to waste money on a HPT if I know it will be negative. However, I am worried because I am bloated despite the fact that I work out at least 5-6 times per week on my stationary bike for a minimum of 35 minutes.

Given all of that, what's going on? I'm really, really nervous. I should also mention that I'm having a lot of memory issues (short-term), but I am recovering from a concussion that I sustained August 28th after falling down a flight of stairs and hitting the back of my head on a tile floor.

So, what's going on? I'm really scared, and I'm starting to trick myself into believing this is due to pregnancy, even though I know that's not possible because I know sperm can't go through clothes and obviously I can't get pregnant from basically having dry sex. I just convinced my cousin of this same thing yesterday. Some reassurance would be great. Thank you!!

I think two days after your period would be not a good time to become pregnant as you wouldn't (most likely) have ovulated
anything is possible, but I would eliminate other medical explanations first

Sorry, this isn't meant to bump this up, but I forgot to mention that I am tired a lot. I'm not sure if that's due to a combination of my hyperthyroidism, recovering from my concussion, and the fact that I can't do much all day (I had to take a semester off of college to recover from this concussion), so I'm kind of tired from "boredom" or what. And I can feel what I think is gas bubbles all through my stomach, but I'm not sure if that's because I started Culturelle yesterday.
