Whats the best thing to do for the stitching? I have the warm water bottle, nd I'll be getting narco for medication but I was wondering the best around the house techniques? Nd the vaginal bleeding is the worst!
Omg u had your baby?!! Details girl, lol.! With my stiching the nurse gave me a big ice pack to out on my underwear, it does make u feel really wet but I thought it felt good. It's like 3 layers, your underwear, your pad, the big king ice pack and than some gauzes on top of the ice pack so you don't feel to wet. Oh yea they gave me some releaving spray too put on my vajay but I forget what it's called.
Dermaplast!!!!!! I will swear by that stuff forever. My first son was almost 9lbs so i had more stitches than i wanted lol but my hospital gives u dermaplast its amazing its like ice pack sensation in a can!!!! Not to expensive and you can get it at walmart or any drug store!!!!
I never had stitching but I was SO swoll. I asked for a ice pack and they had given me a frozen diaper.. Weird but it doesn't get all wet when it starts to melt like an ice pack worked. They used pampers brand ( when the get wet it soaks up and becomes like a gel type under the layers) so try that!
