Round Ligament pain?

I have not had sex since my last withdrawal bleed on the pill, but did shower with my boyfriend. I am afraid his penis bumped me when we were kissing and I somehow got pregnant from that. 6 days after the incident, my groin started hurting to push on it and the next day, it was hurting all the time. Not enough to bother with Advil, though. My groin now no longer hurts to push on it, but slightly all the time..but barely. Now my entire left leg hurts, mostly my ankle. I don't know if I pulled something or what. I looked up online and found that it might be round ligament pain? Does that mean I could be pregnant? Would it show up only 6 days after a possible conception? It seems way to early for my ligaments to be stretching to accommodate a growing uterus. It is on my left side, kinda above my vagina, but on the side It's pretty high up and is not SPD because that area does not hurt at all. Nothing seems swollen and I can not visibly see anything. Did I probably just strain something since my leg hurts too, or could be that round ligament pain? I am really getting worried. Is 6 days too soon for that since I read it mostly happens in the second trimester? I never had sex.  He never ejaculated. I am on the 4th month of the pill but always think it doesn't work.  Please help! I know it sounds silly but the pain is freaking me out! It feels better when I massage my calf and ankle, but comes back. It does hurt more in my leg now than groin, but still slightly my groin. Is this pregnancy??? I have no other symptoms.

I can't take a test yet, I still have a week before my withdrawal bleed. Yes, I know...not even late and I'm freaking out. When we do have sex, we use condoms as well. I didn't think to use a condom in the shower because it wasn't meant to be sexual. We were literally just running late and took a shower. I started freaking out a few days later. My boyfriend thinks I'm nuts and says "that's not possible" but stuff online says anything is possible. I hate the Internet but can't stop looking stuff up. :( Thanks for you advice though. I am due for my withdrawal bleed next Friday, so if I don't get it, i will take a test. I know I shouldn't worry until I have a reason (missing my withdrawal.) I am just paranoid. I'm 19 and my boyfriend is 20, we're in college, with jobs (his waaay better and making a lot more money than mine haha, but I have a job too.) I just freak out because we're not ready...yet. In a few years we want children. Thanks. :)

Yes, it would be too early for Round Ligament Pains.  Take a pregnancy test to be sure that you are not pregnant.  With the encounter you described I wouldn't think that you are but for comforts sake I would take a test.  Good Luck!!  And if you don't feel the pill works then use a condom also... maybe even in the shower since you feel so strongly about getting pregnant.  =)

I should mention it does not hurt to walk, go up stairs, or even do yoga. It's just a dull ache. It doesn't bother me at all to sleep. There are no sharp pains. My upper thigh, where my leg meets is where it hurts...I say the groin because it's all i can think of. But it is not down any lower and on the top of my leg. Thanks.
