SCH or twin pregnancy?
I had an u/s at about 6 weeks and they said I had a subchorionic hematoma but I haven't had any bleeding. Also, it looked very round like a gestational sac to me. Has anyone had any experience with these? I think it's a twin...
Thank you. I am going for another scan tomorrow to get more details. Still no bleeding so hopefully it has reabsorbed if it's an sch.
I had a scan at 6 weeks also and saw what I thought might have been two sacs (they were similar in size and shape). Went back at 7 weeks and only one heartbeat. At 9 weeks I started bleeding and spotted until 13 weeks. It wasn't a twin, it was a hematoma. You don't always bleed with a SCH - sometimes the body absorbs the clot before it has a chance to bleed out.
