There is NEVER a safe time to have unprotected sex. I know people who have gotten pregnant whilst on their period because they ovulated late, unless you use ovulation sticks you never know when you're ovulating.

so if you dont wanna get preg use condoms AND birth control1 Because there is never a safe time to have unprotected sex

It is always possible to fall pregnant (unless already pregnant). It is usually LESS likely when you are bleeding because ovulation usually happens around day 12-14 of your cycle. Bleeding usually happens days 1-5 so if you had sex on day 5  the sperm would be dead by day 10 therefore not being present when it is possible to become pregnant. However, many women ovulate early or late, and the timing method is notoriously unreliable.
Take a pregnancy test to be sure.

There is not really ever a "safe" time to have unprotected sex. It's why you should always use protection because a women can ovulate at any time in her cycle. (some even have ovulated on their period or at the tailend of it) you need to take a test and see what it shows, or see a doctor for a blood test.

Well it really all depends on when you ovulate in your cycle. It is rare that some women ovulate around the time of their period but it certainly does happen. Have you taken a home pregnancy test? If not, then it is definitely recommended. If your test comes out negative and you still haven't had your period then I would say go see a doctor and get a blood test done to see if that comes to a different conclusion.
