If you are having CM then you have not ovulated yet. The web-based sites can only PREDICT when you ovulate. If you are having CM, start having sex every other day, morning is best. You could be ovulating later this cycle. SO GO BD!!! :-)

Dry means no CM.

I never had sex when I was most fertile so why would I take a test?

It should give you the 2 or 3 day's that you are most fertile.....  If you are pregnant already, that white CM could be your mucus plug forming.....I would wait at least a couple more day's, and then re-test.

Dry as is no CM? I'm still having CM, but its white. What does that mean? I went to mymonthlycycles.com and it said I ovulated the 25th (my most fertile day).

That's a good website, but I need to add something about that. It's not all-inclusive and can only guess when you ovulate. Not every woman ovulates at the same time, or exactly 14 days after period. A common misconception is that a woman ovulates 2 weeks after their period, but the truth is the opposite. You get your next period based on when you ovulated (12-16 days after ovulation). So if you ovulate late, you'll have a later period!

It is not too late. Go to the following website and enter in your last few periods if you keep track of them, it will then create a calendar for you to tell you when you are most fertile.

If you are dry now, then it is too late. But if you are still having CM, then you can still try! I can't guarantee anything, of course. Won't hurt to try!!!

Don't worry, there is always next month.  Maybe you should try charting your BBT temp.  I use fertilityfriend.com. It has been found very useful to many women. Actually, someone here recommeded that for me. It can actually tell you when your most fertile days are and when the best time is to have intercourse. I know i have a hard time figuiring out myself. Its nice to get a little help when trying to conceive. just remember that you have a 25% chance of getting pregnant every month. But dont worry, many people get PG right away. You never know. Wish me luck, had a miscarriage on 9/29, been ttc ever since. Hope this is my month. It would be #3. Hopefully third time is the charm. Good luck to you, and lots of baby dust!!!

Clear CM like raw egg whites. Yes, you only ovulate once a month.

No.. do you only ovulate once a month? Is it the clear CM or the white CM?

The egg usually only lives for 24 hours. Did you have sex at all when you ovulated?
