Beccam06, haha wish that could be an option.
@whiteowl7...I wanted to "like" your post lol
Breathe. Write to your baby every day. Take walks and talk to your baby. Your baby feels the stress too.
I am 30 weeks preggers and I read, eat, pray, and write. I spend time out in nature and talk to God about my stressors. I cry if I need to and drink calming tea. Listen to music and dance with my belly so she is calm.
You got this momma! Keep your focus on a healthy baby. Meditate on ultrasound pictures, there little hands and feet. Smile.. it takes more muscles to frown than smiling. Do some stretches and remember.. this too shall pass, so find that moment when you honestly know it's going to be okay and hold in to it as long as possible. Breathe. Light and love
Not sure what is stressing you out as far as the details. But try to focus on one stress at atime...if you are worried about money - look for local resources to help you with things for baby. Your local WIC office should have a good size list of resources. For family or relationship stress find someone you can trust to talk to for some support. Sometimes just talking will help relieve some stress. know that you cannot control your situation but you can control your choices now and your outlook. Focus on the positive. Remember life does not give us anything we cannot handle. Breathe, you got this Mama!
Say no to everything that you can that will not ruin your life. For a simple example, do pay the bills, do not go to your sister-in-law's to listen to her complain about her husband.
