SWELLING IN ANKLES/FEET

I had swelling last night just outta the blue.  I have never seen my ankles/feet look like this other than when I was in labor with my first son.  i looked like I was smuggling a baseball where my ankle bone is SUPPOSED to be sticking out.  i felt like my face was swollen more than usual...i had a headache off and on but didnt think anything of it because it wasnt really bad....Is this just water retention??  Call the doctor?

I'd cAll your doc it's all signs of preeclampsia they will most likely check your blood pressure how far are you

Ill be 32 weeks tomorrow.  and yes the headache is coming back again...it has been so off and on since yesterday.

Def worth getting checked . They prob check your blood pressure and for protein if blood pressure up a bit they prob give you.tablets I had slightly high.n im now on tablets but had headache today so midwife coming out to check my pressure. They will induce if severe preeclampsia

well lets hope it does not come to having to do an emergency c-section!  i would freak!

Hopefully you will be ok . Or caught it early enough to keep eye on you and keep you.pregnant as long as possible . Let me know how you get on and hope you feel better soon

I know the feeling I think they will think im a drama queen all time. Just called my midwife only seen her yesterday n my blood pressure was fine so felt stupid.asking to do.it again but lucky I did as it's risen quite alot in 24 hours so she coming back tomorrow

well all is ok.  baby is fine and ill be fine.  I just need to rest more and stay off my feet as much as I can.  So we will go from there and see....but my bp was 126/52 for the first time they took it and idk what it was after that!

My mom usually says because of too much salt in the food you eat

I havent been eating salt.  Plus ive been getting headaches with this and also shootong stars now and then

Those sound like normal 3rd trimester symptoms...
