what are some ways that actually works to go into labor? & dont bash or comment that im slefish! I just dont want to get induced by my doctor next week, i want to go as natrual as possible
My due date was yesterday. I've tried walking,sex, bouncing/sitting on the birthing ball, getting my membranes stripped and stretched, pineapple, spicy food, acupressure and nothing has happened. The saying they'll come when their ready is proving to be true for my little one. I had a non stress teat yesterday and Shea already over 8 pounds

EPO.. I have heard works very well..and you aren't selfish. .I'm 35 weeks and at 37 I'm going to start taking them..my body hurts beyond belief I can't even sleep good..been to the hospital too many times I want my baby girl here safe and healthy so instead of the pitocin my doctor talked about I wanna use EPO
