Self induction, your thoughts!

Ok so I know there have been a lot of posts about bringing on labor at home but Id like to see what you all think, positive and negative! Im being induced in under 2 weeks and am thinking of trying to get things moving myself. Im 37+5, being induced for medical reasons and if it doesn't work will need a c section before I hit 40weeks, so Im not doing it because Im fed up with pregnancy. Im drinking raspberry leaf tea and starting evening primrose oil tonight. I can't do anything physical as I have severe pelvic pain which is limiting my movement. I won't be taking castor oil as I don't want to try anything with a risk involved. I at least want to ripen and dilate my cervix so its favorable for induction, but hoping to go into labor myself. So my questions are can you recommend anything else and do you think its a good idea? I really don't want a c section as I have other children to look after so need to get back on my feet asap and don't want to be stuck in hospital with failed induction as childcare is going to cost a small fortune!

Hi i did pressure points it got my labor started and i had my son in 2 hours .. Its pretty easy u just need someone to help u .. U can google it "pressure points to induce labor" its safe and its  doctor aproved ! Go on youtube the doctor will show u how to do it , its actually 4 fingers above ur ankle press that in both legs inside and out count to 30 and release like 5 min break between .. If u do it righ will get u going for sure ! Good luck

Try drinking that oregano and basil tea there's been a few ladies in the last weeks on here who drank it and went into labor! Good luck!
