Sex in 3rd Trimester

Okay so sorry if this is tmi, but lately after sex my vagina gets REALLY sore and last for a long time. Also, my legs get sore, similar to the kind of sore/crampiness that I used to get on my period and this last for hours afterwards. Has anyone else experienced this? Know if it's normal?

P.S. I am 30 weeks pregnant

Yep normal. It happens to me everytime. It common to get crampy after sex and have bh contractions but if you feel its too intense contact your doctor and maybe get checked out.
